Job summary

CLS Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional resident experience. You will act as General Manager in their absence and coordinate vendors, budgeting, and daily property operations.

The role emphasizes staff development, service excellence, and strong collaboration with the General Manager to maintain high occupancy and cash flow targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in housing is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Entrata is expected.
• Working knowledge of LIHTC programs and Fair Housing/EEO laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Community and set a Service Excellence standard.
• Promote harmonious relations among residents, staff and community.
• Assist the General Manager with training, coaching and leadership of team members.
• Coordinate vendors and contracted services and manage property operations.
• Oversee financial performance including occupancy, collections and NOI goals.
• Manage customer sales interactions and marketing opportunities.
