Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Property Operations Specialist to support asset management and on-site operations through precise data execution and accurate reporting. The role acts as a link between asset strategy and property performance, ensuring data integrity and timely financial records.

The position emphasizes disciplined processes, operational excellence, and the ability to deliver scalable, reliable data to inform decision-making across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in property operations, asset management support, accounting, or financial reporting preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support AP/AR workflows and resident accounting accuracy.
• Maintain property data in Yardi and financial records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational and financial reports.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify trends.
• Assist with acquisitions and ad hoc reporting.
