Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Portfolio Performance Specialist to support portfolio staffing, triage underperforming properties, and drive performance by applying training, tools, and standardized practices across the portfolio.

The role collaborates with executives and regional teams to gather market data, implement initiatives, and resolve issues that affect resident satisfaction and financial results. A background in property management and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prefer a minimum of high school degree.
• Prior Assistant or Community Director experience is required.
• Computer software experience including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, YARDI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist EVP with special projects and identify team challenges, critical properties, and skill gaps.
• Support implementation of strategies, programs, and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Gather and analyze data to evaluate onsite operating performance against metrics.
• Communicate with corporate operations to resolve service issues and support process improvements.
• Assist with resident lifecycle paperwork: move-in/move-out, renewals, audits, and related tasks.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by timely responses to inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan events like grand openings and occupancy milestones.
• Support regional ops with market data, competitive sets, and market surveys for acquisitions.
• Complete HR, financial, administrative, and other reporting duties as needed.
