Job summary

Comunilife is seeking a Property Management Data Analyst to support management and operations of affordable housing properties. You will ensure data accuracy in RealPage, manage tenant and property records, and generate clear reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The role reports to the Director of Property Management and focuses on data entry, audits, and performance analysis to improve financial and operational outcomes across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of data management experience is required.
• Experience with RealPage or similar property management systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Input information into RealPage to keep records up to date.
• Maintain accurate tenant and property data in RealPage, including tenant accounts, ledgers, balances and rent rolls.
• Prepare reports from RealPage to analyze portfolio performance for stakeholders.
• Support audits, financial reporting and regulatory compliance documentation.
