Banner Property Management, LLC is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to join our corporate operations team in Naperville, IL. This full-time, in-office role supports data analysis, reporting, budgeting, and process improvements across our multifamily portfolio.

You will develop dashboards, standardize data, and provide critical insights to leadership while collaborating across property management and corporate teams. A strong Excel/Sheets user with analytical acumen will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Office/Workspace suites with Excel focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and deadlines.
• Collaborative across organizational levels.
• Ability to use AI tools for reporting and analysis.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain portfolio data for financial and reporting use.
• Analyze rent, revenue, expenses and market data to spot trends.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting.
• Research market submarkets and rental trends to aid portfolio strategy.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports to improve efficiency.
• Support business systems projects and data access initiatives.
• Review data and processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to gather information and present findings.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions and transitions through data work.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.
