Job summary

Prime Residential Property Management LP is seeking a Property Operations Analyst to join Park La Brea in Los Angeles. You will analyze variances in revenue, occupancy, and operating metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

You’ll partner with Property Management, Accounting, Asset Management, and Centralized Services to ensure timely follow-up and accurate financial and operating data. A background in multifamily operations and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property operations, financial analysis, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, lookups) and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet recurring reporting deadlines with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own KPI variance reporting for Park La Brea across revenue, occupancy, delinquency, work orders, purchase orders and controllable expenses.
• Analyze operating results, identify variances and explain drivers to leadership.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Accounting, and Centralized Services to interpret results and follow up.
• Support monthly operating reviews with variance schedules, trend summaries, and follow-up items.
• Prepare and support property budgets and periodic forecasts with validated inputs.
• Ensure accuracy of pre-bill cycles and utility billing before charges reach residents.
