Responsibilities

• Own KPI variance reporting for Park La Brea with commentary on results vs budget and forecast.
• Analyze operating results, identify variances, and explain drivers to leaders.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and resident ledger accuracy; validate charges with utilities.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across financial and operational data.
