Qualifications

• Minimum two years in property management or related field.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines and leasing processes.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents via phone, email, and in person with inquiries.
• Support leasing efforts and verify applications for compliance.
• Contribute to rent collection and delinquency management.
• Maintain resident records and oversee basic accounting tasks.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and assist in property operations.
