We are seeking a proactive Property Management Coordinator to support property managers and internal teams across the tenant lifecycle, including applications, leases, renewals, accounting, and reporting. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and organization.

Qualificações

• Experience in residential property management or leasing is preferred.
• Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and professional documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle rental applications and tenant screening.
• Prepare lease documents and renewals.
• Manage move-in/move-out procedures and tenant accounting.
• Perform delinquency follow-ups and balance tracking.
• Oversee work orders and vendor coordination.
• Produce tenant and renewal reports, maintain records.
• Provide daily administrative support to property managers.
