Job summary

Greystar is seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a rental community in Tulsa. You will lead a team, manage budgets, set rents, and supervise leasing and maintenance activities to meet financial and occupancy goals.

You’ll ensure compliance with Fair Housing and property policies, while delivering excellent resident service and coordinating with owners on performance updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets and financial statements for the property.
• Set rent rates, collect revenues, and review monthly financials.
• Approve vendor invoices and coordinate with contractors and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee tenant screening, lease enforcement, inspections, and renewals.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and service requests.
• Ensure maintenance teams meet company standards and safety requirements.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and evaluate performance.
• Communicate property performance and updates to owners and clients.
