Greystar seeks a seasoned Community Manager for a Tampa property to lead daily operations, drive leasing, and supervise the on-site team to achieve occupancy and financial targets.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and safety standards while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Candidates should have 4–6 years in property management, excellent communication, and a proven track record in revenue growth and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
