Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a lease-up property in Florida. You will manage staff, budgets, and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, while upholding Greystar policies and Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities include rent collection, vendor management, owner communication, and ensuring maintenance standards. A 4–6 year background in property management and a bachelor’s degree are preferred, with strong leadership and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience managing day-to-day operations, budgets, and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including budgeting, staffing, and resource management.
• Set rent rates, collect rents and fees, post deposits, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve invoices, manage vendor communications, and ensure INS/insurance compliance.
• Supervise leasing, renewals, inspections, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Provide updates to owners/clients, manage relationships, and drive occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure maintenance team adheres to company standards and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs as needed.
