Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a Tampa property, manage the team, and drive budgeted financial goals while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, lease enforcement, vendor management, and market analysis to improve occupancy and revenue. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience including budgeting, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and input property budgets; analyze financial statements and market information.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates and ensuring timely collection and posting of rents.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes; manage vendor invoices and payments.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Supervise property staff; hire, train, and manage performance; support client/owner relations.
