Job summary

UPHoldings is seeking a Property Manager to oversee housing unit operations, budgeting, and staff coordination. The role focuses on rent collection, occupancy management, and reporting on site activities to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of site operations experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of tax credits or occupancy standards. This position involves travel between local properties and occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of community/property management systems and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with boards, owners, residents, and vendors.
• Proficiency in property management software, computer skills, and financial acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of housing units and site budgets.
• Ensure occupancy remains high and vacancies are filled promptly with proper referrals.
• Manage rent collections and daily financial reporting in Skyline.
• Coordinate staff duties, training, and development.
• Ensure tenant files remain compliant with governing documents and deadlines.
