Job summary

Housing Trust Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily property operations, leasing marketing, accounting, maintenance, resident relations and reporting.

This role involves partnering with site staff and vendors, assisting in budgets, coordinating move-ins/outs, processing payments, and producing monthly reports. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of tax credit experience.
• Sales and/or leasing experience.
• General office and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in supervising on site staff.
• Work with the Property Manager to resolve property management issues.
• Supervise vendors to ensure compliance with service contracts.
• Assist with preparation of operating and capital budgets and reconciliations.
• Assemble, review and implement approved budgets with the Property Manager.
• Prepare monthly property reports as needed.
