Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in management of site operations.
• Must be certified in Tax Credits or Certified Occupancy Specialist. Blended Occupancy Specialist preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel between work locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of property housing units and manage staff duties.
• Develop and manage property budgets, including forecasting expenses and revenue.
• Ensure occupancy targets are met and coordinate with rental assistance sources as needed.
• Ensure rents are collected and posted in Skyline daily.
• Ensure tenant files comply with governing documents with the Compliance Manager.
• Administer monthly delinquency notices and coordinate with Attorney for eviction if needed.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of site staff.
