Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager to support property managers across our portfolio, ensuring smooth operations, leasing activity, and accurate reporting that enhances resident satisfaction.

You will assist with rent processing, vendor coordination, move-ins and move-outs, and staff training while upholding company policies. The role pays $26 to $30 per hour and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations and resident services.
• Manage accounts receivable and rent posting; maintain rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Support leasing, marketing, and staff training.
