Avenue5 Residential in West Hollywood is seeking a floating assistant property manager to support the property manager in daily operations, leasing, and resident relations. You will help manage rent, reporting, and supplier contracts while ensuring exceptional service for residents, associates, and owners.

You will contribute to training staff, prepare routine letters, and maintain compliance with safety and policy standards, with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Maintain accounts receivable, collect rent and post payments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records for accuracy and action dates.
• Process evictions and attend court hearings as needed.
• Lease apartments and assist with resident relations and problem resolution.
• Train staff on leasing, data entry, marketing and office operations.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness and coordinate maintenance.
