Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager in Los Angeles to support the property manager in daily operations, leasing, and resident services. You will help ensure smooth property performance, accurate reporting, and a high level of resident satisfaction across all activities.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to management guidelines, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
• Real estate license preferred or required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Prepare monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Maintain resident relations and resolve issues.
