Avenue5 Residential in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, lease administration, and reporting, ensuring resident satisfaction and compliance with policies. This role emphasizes accurate rent handling, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize property performance.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2–3 years of property management experience, knowledge of resident rental lifecycle

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Maintain accounts receivable and rent-related activities.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Assist with training staff on leasing and office operations.
• Handle resident relations and problem resolution.
• Assume property operations in the manager’s absence.
