Avenue5 Residential in San Antonio is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing administration, and client relations. You will manage staff, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive property performance in line with company standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, strong customer service, and the ability to lead a team. Bachelor’s degree and a real estate license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Very strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, resident satisfaction, rent lifecycle, P&L and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates with a shared vision and development.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to operations guidelines within the management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge via workshops and publications.
• Organize site emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, claims and risk management initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
