Avenue5 Residential in Irvine, CA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, lease administration, and ensuring a positive resident experience.

The role requires 2–3 years of property management experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi Voyager experience is preferred. This position is on-site and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in daily operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accounts receivable and rent collection.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records and resident files for accuracy.
• Process evictions and move-ins/outs.
• Lease apartments as needed.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist in staff training on leasing and office operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies.
