Avenue5 Residential in California is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in day-to-day operations, lease administration, reporting and ensuring a positive resident experience for residents, staff, and owners.

Requires high school diploma, 2–3 years property management experience, knowledge of resident lifecycle; Real estate license preferred; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or a similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accounts receivable including rent collection and posting; manage rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Lease apartments as needed and renewals; assist with training staff.
