Job summary

FirstKey Homes, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in the Memphis market, driving financial performance, occupancy, and customer experience for residents from application to move out.

You will coordinate with local teams and national support, lead a high-performing staff, ensure lease compliance, and manage HOA and housing voucher programs, all while upholding Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in the applicable state.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of asset and operations management experience preferred.
• Supervisor or management experience preferred.
• Budgeting and financial analysis knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Yardi is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance in the assigned market.
• Own the resident experience by addressing concerns and escalations.
• Manage move-in process and lease compliance for new residents.
• Oversee collections and court appearances as needed.
• Collaborate with local and central teams to meet renewal targets.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with HOA, municipal, and housing voucher programs.
• Manage trespasser and Fair Housing compliance.
