Role Description

We seek a highly motivated Property Manager with experience managing cross-disciplinary teams in leasing, maintenance, collections, and other residential activities. This full-time, on-site role for a Residential Property Manager is located south of Memphis. Responsibilities include daily communication, customer service, lease management, property operations, and lease administration. The goal is to achieve organizational growth.

During lease-up, emphasis will be on marketing and community relationship building. The manager must balance hands-on execution with delegation and team development. They will present quantifiable data to management and ownership to provide operational insights and manage the property's budget and resources.
