Job summary

CLK Multifamily Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Memphis community. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and admin, while ensuring financial performance.

The role requires 2-3 years in property management, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and proficiency with UKG, RealPage, Yardi, or similar software plus Microsoft Office. On-site, full-time position with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of property management experience (supervisory experience preferred).
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Proficiency with property management software (UKG, RealPage, Yardi, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong financial and organizational skills.
• CAM, CAPS, or similar certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the community, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and administrative functions.
• Manage the property budget and financial performance, including invoice approval and monthly reporting.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; handle HRIS actions such as time records, salary changes, and performance reviews.
• Drive occupancy and resident satisfaction through marketing, resident relations programs, and property inspections.
• Oversee unit turnover, maintenance coordination, and capital improvement projects.
• Review lease files and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for move-ins and renewals.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships and manage contractor scheduling and billing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident concerns, escalations, and service requests.
• Enforce lease terms and community policies while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other applicable laws.
