ResiHome in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an On-Site Property Manager. This full-time, field-based role puts you on the front lines with prospective and current residents, conducting tours, guiding applicants, and ensuring top-tier service across your community.

You will enforce leasing processes, manage renewals and delinquencies, coordinate with HOA and maintenance teams, and stay compliant with Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• Active State Real Estate License required for State of Residence.
• 3–5 years of leasing/property management experience in multi-family or single-family housing.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and lead conversion skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required for property visits.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site representative for prospective residents and current residents.
• Conduct property tours and guide prospects through leasing and application process.
• Ensure homes and community spaces are well-maintained and meet brand standards.
• Manage past-due balances, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs with residents.
• Coordinate with internal teams on HOA/code enforcement and CRM task completion.
• Stay informed about market conditions to inform leasing strategy.
