Avenue5 Residential in Midtown 205 seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, and resident satisfaction. You will manage vendor contracts, reporting, and property marketing in alignment with company standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of property management and 1–2 years of direct management experience, plus knowledge of lease cycles and P&L. A real estate license and systems like Salesforce.com or Yardi Voyager are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.
• Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates to deliver a shared vision and develop talent.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and landlord rules.
• Respond to resident complaints and coordinate with the corporate office.
