Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Ogden, Utah seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident experience. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and reporting to ensure property performance.

The role requires strong organization, customer service, and leadership. A high school diploma with 2–3 years property management experience is expected; a real estate license is preferred. Salesforce or Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, rent collection, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching and development.
• Lead with a clear vision and develop associates.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to property management guidelines in the management agreement.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with corporate on common area enforcement.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networking.
• Organize site safety, disaster planning, and risk management.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
