Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Ogden, UT to oversee day-to-day property operations, lease administration, and resident satisfaction. You will manage vendor contracts, maintenance, and reporting while delivering a top-tier service across residents and clients.

The role emphasizes strong organizational prowess, effective communication, and leadership to drive occupancy and financial performance in a dynamic multifamily portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience.
• One to two years of direct management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet client expectations.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide feedback and coaching.
• Lead and communicate a shared vision with associates and develop them.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications; build networks.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk initiatives.
