Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Denver is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in the overall operations of the property, including lease administration, monthly reporting, and delivering a superior resident experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of property management experience, a High School diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of Yardi Voyager is a plus and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction, retention, and full resident lifecycle activities.
• Maintain all accounts receivable including collecting rent, posting rent, daily deposits, and balanced rent roll.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records for lease expiration dates, delinquent accounts, and unlawful detainers.
• Process evictions and attend related court proceedings.
• Lease apartments as needed and assist with move-ins/move-outs and renewals.
• Assist training staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
