The Galman Group is seeking a full-time Property Manager to lead operations, maximize occupancy, and increase property value. You will oversee on-site teams, budgets, rent collection, and resident relations to ensure excellent service and financial performance.

In this role you’ll train and supervise staff, coordinate vendor relations, and implement processes to maintain compliant, efficient property management across communities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college coursework desirable.
• Prior property management experience preferred.
• CAM certification preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Team oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations in coordination with the Regional Manager.
• Ensure rents are collected and deposits recorded daily.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets with Regional Manager.
• Conduct market surveys and monitor competition.
• Maintain lease files and report to corporate office.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain customer service.
