Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management experience.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations.
• Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day property operations, including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching and development.
• Lead a team by communicating a shared vision and organizing training.
