Avenue5 Residential in Colorado is seeking a Property Manager for Town Centre Senior Apartments. You will oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance coordination and ensure resident satisfaction in accordance with company standards.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, team leadership, and financial oversight including rent collection and reporting. A high school diploma is required, with preference for a bachelor’s degree and real estate license.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, full resident lifecycle activities (lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management), property P&L, and property marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Recruiting, interviewing, corrective feedback, and hiring.
• Lead and coach associates with a shared vision and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, property loss claims, and risk management.
