Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Property Manager in Colorado Springs to oversee daily operations, lease administration, and resident satisfaction. You will manage vendor contracts, maintenance, monthly reporting, and ensure client expectations are met, while leading a team to deliver excellent service.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in property management, strong organizational and communication skills, and a focus on resident lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including resident satisfaction, rent collection, delinquency management, and property P&L.
• Lead lease administration and marketing in line with company standards.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff as needed.
• Coach and develop associates by communicating a shared vision and providing guidance.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate on maintenance and rules.
