Qualifikationen

• High school diploma is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and full lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable: rent collection, posting rent, deposits, and rent roll accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records for lease expiration dates, delinquencies, and unlawful detainers.
• Process evictions and prepare related paperwork and court notices.
• Lease apartments as needed and assist with move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Assist training staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
• Prepare routine correspondence and notices.
• Represent property manager in their absence.
