Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the Town Centre Senior Apartments. You will manage leases, rent collection, vendor contracts, maintenance, and monthly reporting to ensure smooth property performance and a positive resident experience.

You’ll lead a team, recruit and coach staff, execute marketing plans to attract residents, and uphold company standards. A strong service mindset, organized approach, and ability to communicate with residents and corporate teams are

Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management experience.
• One to two years of direct management experience.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, rent collection, delinquency management, and property P&L.
• Ensure client expectations are met and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff and provide feedback.
• Lead and coach associates to execute company vision.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to property management guidelines and agreements.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge through education and networks.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk initiatives.
