Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple properties in Colorado Springs. You will drive resident satisfaction, manage leases, ensure financial performance, and partner with clients to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection, and property P&L.
• Meet client expectations and provide an outstanding customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide feedback and coaching.
• Lead and develop associates by sharing a clear vision and providing coaching.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure adherence to property management guidelines and landlord rules.
