The role requires 2–3 years in property management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce.com/ Yardi Voyager experience is a plus, with a focus on delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred; real estate license may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, resident satisfaction, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead associates with a clear vision and coaching for development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident issues; liaise with residents and corporate office on common area maintenance and landlord rules.
