The Property Manager will provide leadership to site staff, direction for building operations, customer service, resident relations, property budget management, rent collections, leasing, compliance and guidance on maintenance priorities. This position will lead operations at Parkside Apartments.

What You'll Do
Duties
Maintain occupancy rates at or above budgeted targets by actively managing leasing strategies.
Regularly reviews and controls property expenses to align with budget goals.
Drive performance to meet or exceed Controllable Net Operating Income (CNOI) objectives.
Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including resident files, annual and interim recertifications, and all necessary documentation.

High School or better.
2 years: Working knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord and Tenant laws.
2 years: Housing or property management experience including HUD, Low Income Tax Credits, rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties.
Professional certification in property or affordable housing management.
