The successful Assistant Property Manager will work with the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the property. Strong understanding of HUD and Tax Credit experience are essential. You'll provide customer service to residents and visitors, and take the initiative and provide direction to staff. Work with the Front Desk and Maintenance site teams and coordinate resident engagement and events.
This is an on-site position. Mercy Othello Plaza is an affordable housing apartment community in Seattle, WA.
Pay: $25.45 - $30.00/hour, dependent on experience.
