Oak Island Accommodations in Oak Island, NC is seeking a Property Manager/Owner Services professional to support on-site operations and strong owner/tenant relations. You will explain our rental program, manage agreements, and coordinate with maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate has property management experience, can work weekends and holidays, and participates in on-call rotations, maintaining professionalism under pressure while ensuring compliance with NC laws.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in property management or hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Participate in Manager on Call Rotation including evening/night shifts.
• Ability to manage stressed owners/tenants with professionalism.
• Strong negotiation and active listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Explain Oak Island Accommodations' short-term rental program to clients.
• Familiarity with Rental Agreements, Long Term Management, and related documents.
• Greet unscheduled potential clients at front desk and coordinate property visits.
• Maintain homeowner relationships via calls and emails, prioritizing phone communication.
• Return inquiries promptly; respond the same business day when possible.
• Improve services and internal policies for homeowners and tenants.
• Collaborate harmoniously with other property managers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain professional conduct with owners/tenants in elevated states.
• Refer to NC Rental Act and related manuals as required.
• Inspect properties to ensure standards are met; report maintenance issues.
