Opportunities at Towne is seeking a Property Manager Assistant for Oak Island Accommodations in Oak Island, NC. This full-time, on-site role supports the property management team, handles front-desk interactions, and coordinates maintenance with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Property management or hospitality experience
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented
• Ability to manage owners and tenants alike who are in a heightened emotional state while maintaining a positive and professional manner
• Ability to negotiate with individuals paired with empathetic observation
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Complete routine home inspections
• Promptly report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to the appropriate departments
• Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including AML and BSA requirements
• Maintain homeowner relationships through frequent contact via email, phone or in person
• Return calls and emails same day or by the next business day
• Support integration with other property managers and vendors in a professional manner
• Strive to improve services to homeowners and tenants and to internal policies and procedures
• Manage owner/tenant communications and appointments at the front desk
