Oak Island Accommodations, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager/Owner Services professional for their Oak Island, NC location. The role requires managing owner and tenant relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring property standards.

This full-time, on-site position includes benefits and requires occasional evening/weekend work. The candidate should be knowledgeable about rental agreements and NC laws, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Property management experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Participate in Manager on Call Rotation including late hours.
• Ability to handle emotional situations professionally.
• Familiarity with North Carolina rental laws and real estate references.

Responsibilities

• verbally convey Oak Island Accommodation’s short term rental management program to clients.
• Be knowledgeable about the Rental Agreements and related lease documents.
• Accept unscheduled clients at the front desk and travel to properties as needed.
• Maintain homeowner relationships via phone and email.
• Return inquiries promptly, within the same day when possible.
• Improve services and internal policies for homeowners and tenants.
• Collaborate harmoniously with other property managers and vendors.
• Handle emotional situations professionally with owners and tenants.
• Inspect properties to ensure standards are met and report issues.
• Adhere to applicable laws including AML and BSA.
• Other duties as assigned.
