Job summary

Oak Island Accommodations, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager/Owner Services professional for Oak Island, NC. The role focuses on on-site management, owner and tenant relations, and prompt communication to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting properties, explaining management programs, handling unscheduled visits, and adhering to NC rental regulations while supporting a collaborative team environment and on-call rotations, including late hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Property management experience.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Participate in Manager on Call Rotation including late evenings.
• Ability to handle owner/tenant interactions professionally.
• Knowledge of NC Rental Act and related manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain homeowner relationships through frequent contact by phone and email.
• Explain Oak Island Accommodation's short term rental management program clearly.
• Inspect properties to ensure company standards are met and report issues.
• Manage owner and tenant communications promptly and professionally.
• Handle unscheduled client visits at front desk or property site as needed.
• Adhere to applicable laws and internal policies, including AML/BSA.
• Collaborate with other managers and departments to improve services.
• Assist in policy updates and operational procedures.
