Job summary

Quantum Residential is seeking a full-time property manager with a background in tax credit housing and at least 1 year of LIHTC experience. The role focuses on leasing, occupancy management, and renewal strategies for multi-family communities.

You will oversee leasing activities, certifications, and reporting while maintaining strong resident relations and ensuring compliance with LIHTC/HUD guidelines. Proficiency in MS Office and office systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing/leasing multi-family properties
• Certification in the multi-family (ARM, CAM, NALP, etc.)
• Bookkeeping experience
• Ability to communicate effectively and safety conscious
• Detail oriented with self-motivation and leadership potential
• Ability to work with/without supervision and become a team leader

Responsibilities

• Convert telephone and walk-in prospects to leases to maintain/increase occupancy
• Prepare weekly/monthly rental and occupancy reports
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the development per standards
• Manage office clerical, filing and record-keeping systems
• Identify and meet resident needs and support renewal programs
• Prepare newsletters and promotional materials and assist with community events
