Qualifications

• Minimum three years supervising LIHTC communities.
• Knowledge of LIHTC compliance and recertification.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Yardi-Voyager software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage property operations.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, Housing Authority, and LIHTC rules.
• Handle lease administration, income certifications, and recertifications.
• Maintain financial records, rents, and reports for property.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and monitor contractors.
