Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of managing LIHTC communities.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating with management.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage LIHTC communities and staff.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance and recertification processes.
• Oversee lease administration, applicant screening, and resident relations.
• Maintain financial records, rents, and delinquency reporting.
• Coordinate work orders and monitor contractors on site.
