Job summary

Quantum Residential seeks a property manager/leasing professional responsible for converting inquiries into leases and maintaining occupancy. You will communicate with residents and coordinate renewal strategies while handling daily leasing and marketing tasks.

The role includes managing lease files, processing payments, and preparing routine reports to support property operations and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years related property management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in record keeping.
• Ability to communicate effectively and handle residents.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Convert telephone and walk-in prospects to leases to maintain and increase occupancy.
• Communicate effectively with residents and establish renewal program.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports including rents, and coordinate day-to-day development activities.
• Manage office clerical, filing and record keeping systems.
• Identify and meet residents' needs.
• Assist with leasing, marketing, and NOI-related tasks.
