Quantum Real Estate Management is seeking a Property Manager in Washington, DC to maintain the property, supervise staff, and optimize financial performance. You will collaborate with the Regional Manager on projects, ensure compliance with policies, and manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations.

The role requires overseeing maintenance, rent collection, evictions if needed, and preparing regular market reports. Knowledge of HUD guidelines and fair housing is important.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical asset and maximize financial returns per owner objectives.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager on tasks and special projects.
• Ensure staff adherence to company policies and timely duties.
• Supervise maintenance staff and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Oversee tenant management, rent collection, and vacancy reduction.
• Assist marketing and leasing efforts and prepare reports.
